- 17 stylishly furnished rooms with 41 beds (with extra beds available)
- Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and are accessible by elevator
- All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a shower and toilet (the exception is the Chateau Suite, which has a bathtub available).

Late check-out or stay extension possible upon agreement at the reception.

Double Room
Our double rooms are located either on the second floor, offering unforgettable views of the Bohemian Paradise, or in the cosy attic. When booking, you can choose between a double bed or twin beds.
Triple Attic Room
The triple attic room is ideal for a family with a child or three friends exploring the beauty of the Bohemian Paradise. Hotel & Chateau Svijany offers two stylishly furnished triple rooms.
Chateau Suite
Enjoy a romantic night at the chateau in this spacious suite, featuring a bedroom and a stylish living room. A designer bathtub is located directly in the bedroom for a shared romantic bath.
Pets are not allowed in this suite.
Deluxe Suite
Stay in a comfortable suite with a bedroom and an elegantly furnished living room with a sofa bed. The suite offers beautiful views of the Příhrazské Rocks.

Four-Bedroom Suite
There are two Four-Bedroom Suites in the chateau, each featuring two separate bedrooms and a private bathroom. These SUITE rooms are ideal for families or groups of friends visiting together.
Deluxe Four-Bedroom Apartment
Hotel & Chateau Svijany offers one comfortable four-bed apartment, consisting of two separate bedrooms and a shared elegantly furnished living room with a sofa bed.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Exclusive Family Apartment
The Exclusive Family Apartment provides a unique setting for families with children.
It consists of the Chateau Suite, a Deluxe Double Room, and a spacious, partially equipped kitchenette offering a unique view into the chateau chapel. This apartment is also used as the Wedding Suite.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
Maximum capacity: 2 double beds, sofa bed (2 children or 1 adult) + 2 extra beds available.

- 100% of the total booking price will be charged if cancelled less than 2 days before arrival
- 50% of the total booking price will be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival
Hotel Lounge
The Hotel Lounge, located on the ground floor of the chateau, offers a stylish space with original vaulted ceilings — an ideal place to spend time with family, friends, or colleagues without disturbing other guests.
The room is accessible 24/7 with your room key card and is free of charge for hotel guests.
Inside, you’ll find a kitchenette with a fridge stocked with Svijany beer and Svijanela lemonades (cash payment to the provided cash box), a large table for shared dining, comfortable sofas with a small library, and a children’s corner. There’s also a large smart TV with internet access, allowing you to enjoy your favourite programs or even your own Netflix account.
The lounge can also be used for private gatherings — upon request, we can arrange cold catering or tap a keg of your favourite Svijany beer.
The capacity can be increased to up to 25 people.
