- 17 stylishly furnished rooms with 41 beds (with extra beds available)
- Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and are accessible by elevator
- All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a shower and toilet (the exception is the Chateau Suite, which has a bathtub available).

Late check-out or stay extension possible upon agreement at the reception.

Double Room
Our double rooms are located either on the second floor, offering unforgettable views of the Bohemian Paradise, or in the cosy attic. When booking, you can also choose a double room with the option of one or two extra beds.
Chateau Suite
Enjoy a romantic night at the chateau in this spacious suite, featuring a bedroom and a stylish living room. A designer bathtub is located directly in the bedroom for a shared romantic bath.
Pets are not allowed in this suite.
Deluxe Suite
Stay in a comfortable suite with a bedroom and an elegantly furnished living room with a sofa bed. The suite offers beautiful views of the Příhrazské Rocks.
Pets are not allowed in this suite.
Four-Bedroom Attic Suite
There are two Four-Bedroom Suites in the chateau, each featuring two separate bedrooms and a private bathroom. These SUITE rooms are ideal for families or groups of friends visiting together.
Deluxe Four-Bedroom Apartment
Hotel & Chateau Svijany offers one comfortable four-bed apartment, consisting of two separate bedrooms and a shared elegantly furnished living room with a sofa bed.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

- 100% of the total booking price will be charged if cancelled less than 2 days before arrival

Hotel Lounge
The Hotel Lounge, located on the ground floor of the chateau, offers a stylish space with original vaulted ceilings — an ideal place to spend time with family, friends, or colleagues without disturbing other guests.
The room is accessible 24/7 with your room key card and is free of charge for hotel guests.
Inside, you’ll find a kitchenette with a fridge stocked with Svijany beer and Svijanela lemonades (cash payment to the provided cash box), a large table for shared dining, comfortable sofas with a small library, and a children’s corner. There’s also a large smart TV with internet access, allowing you to enjoy your favourite programs or even your own Netflix account.
The lounge can also be used for private gatherings — upon request, we can arrange cold catering or tap a keg of your favourite Svijany beer.
The capacity can be increased to up to 25 people.

In summer, you can relax on the outdoor terrace, enjoying a perfectly chilled Svijany beer – just the way it tastes best.

Prostě krásný pobyt na zámku i s kulturním programem .
Zámecké slavnosti byli taky pěkný akorát bylo moc vedro, ale tak to bylo pěkný. Teď se těšíme na Dymytry koncert na ZÁMKU SVIJANY.
Jediný problém při pobytu - v noci vedro na pokoji. Je tam sice klimatizace ale radiátor topil naplno, že se nedalo spát. Teplota až 27,8 st. první noc a mít proto klimatizaci zapnutou na plné chlazení se kvůli hluku nedá. Po projednání s recepcí bylo spraveno. Vše ostatní na 5*
Personál u snídaní to samé - milé dámy, vstřícné, člověk se cítil jako doma.
Pivní lázně - to samé, krásné prostředí, úsměvy, prostě pecka.
Jste skvělí, jen tak dál! A děkujeme ze srdce!
