Gift Vouchers

Give the gift of a complete experience at Chateau Svijany. Our stay packages combine accommodation with exclusive services – from a beer-themed stay or relaxation package to a beer spa experience full of chateau charm.

Prefer to let the recipient choose? Give a value voucher (starting from 1,000 CZK) that can be used for accommodation, beer spa treatments, or other services offered at the chateau.

Unused amounts are non-refundable.
Please note: the voucher cannot be redeemed in the Brewery Restaurant Svijany.

Treat your loved ones to moments of pure relaxation – a beer bath in the Svijany Beer Spa or a rejuvenating massage that will ease both body and mind.

• Gift vouchers in an elegant printed form can be collected at the hotel reception immediately after payment.
  If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the printed voucher can be sent by post within two days of receiving the payment, for a fee of 50 CZK.
• If you purchase an online voucher, it is not possible to later request a printed version.
  To receive a printed voucher, please contact the hotel reception first.
• Purchasing a gift voucher for accommodation does not guarantee weekend availability.
  Please make your reservation in advance.

• You can also purchase separate gift vouchers for Brewery Restaurant Svijany in the values of 300 CZK / 500 CZK / 1,000 CZK. These vouchers are not part of the Hotel & Chateau Svijany gift voucher and will be included separately if ordered.
• The validity period of each gift voucher is 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The gift voucher applies only to the services or value stated on it.
• Unused services or remaining amounts listed on the voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services.
• By accepting the voucher, you agree to the general terms and cancellation policy.

• The gift voucher must be used before the expiry date stated on the voucher.

• When making your reservation, please include the voucher number and your preferred date of use. The reception will check availability, confirm your booking, or offer an alternative date if necessary.
• Once you receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation and services from the reception, your booking is considered final and confirmed.

Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded. General cancellation terms do not apply to gift vouchers or to reservations made using them.

The voucher is considered redeemed if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival. After this period, no alternative date or compensation can be provided.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, the voucher holder may, after agreement with the reception, request a new alternative date. If the new date is not used, the voucher becomes void.
